1. Digital Products (Courses, E-books, Templates, Trainings)

Because digital products are immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Once access is granted, the product is considered “delivered.”

2. Coaching Programs & Mentorship (1:1, Group, Inner Circle)

Due to the personalized nature of coaching and limited availability of seats:

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-cancellable once the program has started

If you miss a coaching session, it cannot be refunded.
In some cases, we may offer rescheduling, depending on availability.

3. Real Estate Investment Programs & Consulting Services

All investment-related programs, strategy sessions, consulting calls, and advisory services are non-refundable, even if:

  • The client decides not to use the service

  • The client does not apply the strategies provided

  • Market conditions change

4. Payment Plans

If you join a program using a payment plan:

  • You are committing to complete all payments

  • Failure to complete payments may result in:

    • Additional fees

A payment plan is not a subscription you can cancel — it is a full commitment to the program.

5. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

Filing an unjustified chargeback is considered fraud.

Wise Impact reserves the right to:

  • Permanently ban your account

  • Report fraudulent disputes to payment platforms

  • Pursue collection or legal action if necessary

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem accessing your product:

  • We will assist you at no extra cost

  • This does not qualify for a refund

  • You must contact support within 7 days of purchase
