Shipping policy

1. Nature of Our Products

Wise Impact provides digital products, including online courses, coaching programs, downloadable materials, and educational resources.
All products are delivered exclusively in digital format.
No physical items are shipped.

2. Order & Checkout Process

Because Wise Impact accepts only cryptocurrency payments, the checkout process works as follows:

Step 1 — Select Your Program

Choose the digital course or program you wish to purchase.

Step 2 — Fill Out the Contact Form

At checkout, you will be asked to enter:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Country

  • Billing details (non-sensitive)

This information is required to send your payment link and your invoice.

Step 3 — Receive Your Crypto Payment Link

Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email from Wise Impact containing:

  • A secure cryptocurrency payment link

  • The exact amount and currency (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, etc.)

  • Instructions to complete the transaction

Crypto payments allow you to:

  • avoid international bank fees

  • ensure fast global transfers

  • have an additional level of privacy and security

3. Delivery of Your Digital Product

After your crypto payment is successfully confirmed on the blockchain, you will receive:

Within 1 to 12 hours (usually instantly):

  • A confirmation email

  • Your access link to the course or digital program

  • Your invoice

  • Any additional files or onboarding documents related to your purchase

Delivery is always made to the email address you provided in the order form.

4. Access Duration

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, access to your course or program is:

✔ Immediate after payment
✔ Unlimited (Lifetime access)
✔ Includes all future updates at no extra cost

Some mentorship programs may have a fixed duration; if so, it will be clearly specified.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive your course or confirmation email within 12 hours:

Include:

  • your full name

  • the email used during checkout

  • a screenshot of your crypto transaction (TX hash)

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Email Address

Wise Impact is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • incorrect email entry

  • non-functional or full inboxes

  • spam filters blocking our messages

However, we will always assist you in recovering access once you contact our support team.

7. Fraud Prevention

Wise Impact may ask for additional verification if:

  • a transaction appears suspicious

  • the payment amount does not match

  • the crypto payment has no valid TX hash

We reserve the right to cancel and refund fraudulent orders.

8. No Shipping Fees

Because all products are digital, there are no shipping or customs fees.
